We designed our unilateral/bilateral leg press to create an unprecedented transfer of strength to valuable free weight exercises such as squats and dead-lifts. This is the first leg press that will effectively improve strength in the bottom portions of those exercises and similar movements that are natural to sports, work and life. Like all of our equipment, it will challenge the strongest people, yet is also perfect for a beginner or anyone who is injured. The pad design helps to ensure correct back position, locking the lower back into a safe extension. Given the “real-life” angles that this machine allows, the Fortis Leg press provides exceptional passive flexibility work to improve mobility and correct ankle and knee joint angles. Additional features include: band hooks (for a contrast effect and virtually unlimited resistance), 4 resistance plate holders, 4 storage plate holders, shoulder pads and back pad adjustable to the inch, stoppers for complete safety and limited range work, extra large unilateral foot plates and multiple sets of handles for comfort and function.

This was an awesome addition to any facility! I especially like the front squat setting and the shoulder pads. I feel very secure and safe when using the Fortis leg press, which allows me to really push myself when building lower body volume. While I’m not a very creative guy, I really couldn’t think of anything that can be adjusted to make it better.
