Michael De La Pava’s Battle Ax Gym

 

It’s always great to find a new, REAL gym at which to train. Michael De La Pava’s Battle Ax Gym is exactly that. Upon my arrival to his facility, I promptly asked Michael: “Uhm…where is the sauna and the spa area? It is on the other side of that concrete wall behind those racks and chains?” Michael’s response: “I think there is a big puddle on the road just outside the parking lot. You can go sit in it!” I knew I had the RIGHT place!

Fantastic gym, awesome, gracious people who lift really heavy stuff.
